KnowV8 · Financial Services

One client profile in, a verified list of the right firms and the right people out.

A lead engine for a fractional-CFO firm: answer a few questions once, and it finds the matching firms, the right person inside each, and a verified way to reach them.

What is happening now.

In the owner’s own words, before Luxin, an AI consulting firm, got involved. The status above says where it stands.

  • A peer group of Bay Area finance leaders the firm ran for years, quiet for six years, with a contact list just as old.

  • New prospects arriving through referrals from a handful of attorneys, brokers and a CPA, one introduction at a time.

  • A team too busy with client work to research firms, find the owner, and check whether an email address still works.

  • Email to the old list going out through a newsletter tool and getting screened before anyone read it.

What is being built

Every figure says where it came from. A problem found is not a result.

What is being built.

  1. 01

The owner answers a short set of questions once, and Claude turns the answers into a written client profile the rest of the engine reads as its source of truth.

  2. 02

Apify scrapers read the profile and find the matching architecture, engineering and construction firms, and the right person at each one, including their LinkedIn profile.

  3. 03

Clay and Apollo fill in what the scrapers cannot: business and personal emails, phone numbers and titles.

  4. 04

Every email runs through a verification step, so the list only carries inboxes that are live.

  5. 05

The first run is one clean, sorted spreadsheet of Bay Area firms for the peer group’s relaunch. Swap the profile, and the same engine builds a list for the firm itself or for one of its clients.

  6. 06

The accounts live under the firm’s own Gmail, so KnowV8 owns the accounts, the data and every list. One hand-off session runs a second profile together.

Nothing goes out without you.

The engine finds and fills in. It sends nothing to anyone. The owner reads the first cut, marks who is right and who is off, and decides who is contacted and how. Outreach is a later phase, scoped and priced on its own.
