This site is here for information. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, or advice about your particular situation.

You may read it, print it, and send it to a colleague. Please do not copy the text or the design for your own site.

Prices shown here

Prices on this site were sent to real businesses in real proposals. Your own price is agreed in writing before any work starts, and nothing on this page changes what a signed agreement says.

The running-cost figures are estimates of what third-party software charges. They are passed through at cost, and those companies set their own prices.

What the case studies describe

Each engagement described on this site carries a status. Live means built, handed over, and running. In progress means scoped and being built. Proposed means scoped and priced, not yet delivered. Nothing on this site claims a result that has not happened.

One client is named with their permission. Every other client is held back until they say otherwise. Numbers reported by a client are labelled as such and are not Luxin’s measurements.

What you send through the form

What you write in the contact form stays yours. Sending it lets a person read it and reply.

Please do not send confidential client files, passwords, or anything private through the form. A first message only needs enough to book a conversation.

Other companies named here

This site names software a build has connected to. Those names belong to the companies that own them, and naming one is not a claim of partnership or endorsement in either direction.

Limits

This site is provided as it is. Luxin takes care to keep it accurate, and does not promise it is free of every error or available at every moment.

To the extent the law allows, Luxin is not liable for a loss that follows from using this website. Work delivered under a signed agreement is covered by that agreement instead.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and any dispute about them belongs in the courts of that state.

Changes to these terms

These terms can change. The date at the top says when they last did, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
