Getting started
Luxin publishes both, and keeps them short. Every case study says what the business was dealing with, what was built, and where it stands, and a scoped engagement is never written up as a result. The method is four steps, from a first conversation to go-live, and takes two minutes to read.
The first step with Luxin is a 30-minute conversation about how the work actually happens today. There is no deck and no charge. If there is nothing worth building, we say so.
A Luxin pilot takes about one to two weeks. A larger build runs one to three months. Engagements are not open-ended.
Paper is a normal place for a Luxin build to start. One business we scoped writes hundreds of invoices by hand every year. The first thing we looked at was a photo of one of them.

A Luxin pilot starts at $500: one fixed price for one task, quoted in writing before anything starts. It is built and put live in about one to two weeks, and it pays for itself before it costs you.
Luxin charges a fixed setup fee per build and a small monthly license that covers hosting and processing. Support and maintenance is a separate month-to-month retainer, optional, from $1,000 a month, and it cancels with 14 days’ notice.
