AI Audit
The AI Audit: find where your business loses time and money.
Luxin, an AI consulting firm, spends about two weeks with your business and shows you, in writing, where AI can take work off your plate.
What does the audit find?
The audit finds the work in your business that AI can take over, and what that work costs you now.
We look at every task that repeats. We count the hours it takes and who does it. Then we work out what those hours cost you each month, with every number shown. Most owners know a few of these tasks by heart. The audit finds the rest, because we also talk to the people who do the work.
The work done by hand. What your team types, copies or chases by hand every week.
What it costs. What each task costs you a month, in hours and in dollars.
Where things live. Where your information lives, and what is missing.
What to do first. The one project that would make the most impact first.
Nothing is guessed. Every number comes from your own week, and you check it with us before it goes in.
What do you get at the end?
You get four written things, each in plain English, with no slides.
Together they show how the work runs now, what it costs, and what to build first. Each one is short enough to read in one sitting. You can hand them to a partner or a bookkeeper, and they will make sense without us in the room.
The work map
A written map of how the work runs today: who does each task, in which tool, and how long it takes.
The cost sheet
The monthly cost of each problem, worked out with you, so you can check every number.
The build list
A ranked list of what to build, with each price next to the value it gives back.
The first proposal
A one-page proposal for the first project, with a fixed price, ready for a yes or a no.
How long does it take?
The audit takes about two weeks, from the first meeting to the written report.
Your part is small: two conversations and access to the tools the work runs in. The first conversation is with you. We talk about how a normal week goes and where the time seems to go. The second is with the people who do the work, so we see the real steps and not just the ones on paper.
In between, we look at how the work moves through your email, your files and your software. Access is scoped to what the audit needs, and nothing in your systems is changed. At the end, we walk you through the report in one sitting. Then you decide what happens next.
What does the audit cost?
The AI Audit has a fixed price, in writing, before it starts.
We set the price after the first free call. By then we know how big the business is, how many people do the work, and how many tools it runs through. The price does not change once you say yes. There is no hourly billing, and nothing is added at the end.
Like every Luxin price, it is set against the value the work gives back. The first call is free: thirty minutes, no deck. If we cannot see an audit paying for itself in your business, we tell you so on that call.
The audit is its own piece of work, with its own price. Anything you build after it gets its own fixed price too, and its own yes.
What happens after the audit?
After the audit, you choose what to build: one project, or all of it.
The build list tells you where to start. Each project is priced on its own, fixed and in writing, and you approve every output before it goes anywhere. You can stop after any project, and nothing commits you to the next one.
The Company Brain is usually the first build. It gives your AI your files, your past work and your way of doing things. Every system after it starts from what your business already knows, so each one is better from day one. Then the other systems go on top, one at a time.
If you would rather start small, a pilot is one task from $500, built in one to two weeks.

Thirty minutes, no deck. You describe how the work actually happens, and we tell you plainly whether there is something worth building.
