Two partners, engineers brought in per project, and a system we run our own company on.
Luxin, an AI consulting firm, exists because the tools got good enough that a business does not need an enterprise budget to use them. Somebody still has to sit down, learn how the work actually happens, and connect the two. That is the job. We do that job, and then we hand over what we built.
Luxin is a Nevada corporation. Truckee / Reno–Tahoe, with clients in the Bay Area and Orange County.

I started with the business I knew best: my dad’s engineering firm, where every proposal was typed by hand. The agent that drafts them now was one of the first systems I built inside someone else’s business.
I run Luxin on the same kind of system I sell. My mornings start with a brief an agent wrote, and nothing client-facing leaves without my approval. That is the demo in every meeting.
The rule I care most about is the boring one: nothing goes out without you. Everything else follows from it.

Marc scopes and sells every engagement, and builds the small systems himself. He is in the room for every conversation. When you hire Luxin, he is who you get.
Co-founder
Pranav studied computer science and AI at USC and works at a cybersecurity company. He reviews how every build handles your data and leads the larger builds.
Luxin brings in engineers per project rather than carrying a payroll. Each one is paid a fixed price for their piece. You pay for the work, not for overhead.
