Luxin, an AI consulting firm, runs this website. This page says what the site does with information, and it is short because the site does very little with it.

What this site collects
The only information this site collects from you is what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, a line about your business, and your answer to one question.
Nothing else is collected from you. There is no account to create, no newsletter, and no field that asks for a phone number.
Like any website, this one is served by a host that keeps standard server logs. Those logs hold technical records such as an address your request came from and the page you asked for. Luxin does not read them for marketing.
What happens to what you send
A form submission is turned into one email and sent to Luxin. It is not written to a database, because this site has no database of any kind.
The email arrives with your address set as the reply address, so a person can answer you directly. That is the whole purpose of collecting it.
Your information is never sold, rented, or shared for advertising. No automated reply is sent to you either. A person reads it and answers.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. There is no cookie banner because there is no cookie to agree to.
Where the hosting platform offers a cookieless page counter, it reports totals rather than people and builds no profile of you.
There are no advertising pixels, no social media trackers, and no fingerprinting on this site.
Who else handles it
Two kinds of company touch this site, and each does one job:
- The host that serves the site and keeps the standard server logs described above.
- Resend, which delivers the one notification email that carries what you typed into the form.
- There is no third company. No database provider, no customer system, no advertising network.
How long it is kept
What you send lives in an email inbox, and it is kept for as long as the conversation it belongs to is useful. Ask for it to be deleted and it will be.
Your rights in California
If you live in California, you have the right to ask what personal information a business holds about you, to ask for it to be deleted, and to be treated the same either way for asking.
Luxin does not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.
To make a request, use the contact form and say what you would like. A person replies, and may ask you to confirm a detail from your original message so that a stranger cannot make the request for you.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not aimed at children, and information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 16.
Changes to this page
