We do the math. You say yes.
We work out what the task costs you today, with every number shown. Then you get a short proposal in plain English. Each option has a fixed price, and nothing starts until you say yes.

- Read the proposal and pick one. It takes about ten minutes.

- Do the math, write the proposal, and put the fixed price and the monthly cost in writing.

- Once we agree to a scope and payment clears
- 03Pilot
We build it. You keep working.
We start with one task, the one that eats the most time. It plugs into the email and software you already use. It can only see what that task needs, and it works on your real tasks within one to two weeks.

- Twenty minutes with whoever does the work today, a few real examples, and a login we set up together.

- Write down how the work is done, build it, test it, and secure your data.

- 04Launch
We keep it running. You just approve.
Drafts, invoices, and dates show up ready to go. You read each one, change what you want, and say yes. It runs on Luxin’s secure servers, so nothing depends on a laptop being awake.

Bigger builds repeat steps three and four, one system at a time.
After launch, this is your whole job.
Nothing goes out without you.
A system watches the work coming in and does the part that is the same every time. Then it stops and waits for you. You read it, change what you want, and approve. Only then does anything move.
It gets more accurate as you correct it. The corrections are the training.
