A Luxin system can do either, and you choose per document. It can start a proposal the moment the request lands, or sit quiet until you tell it to. Both end the same way, with a draft waiting for you.
A Luxin pilot for proposals or invoices takes about one to two weeks. Most of that is spent on your own paperwork, so it learns your rates and your customers rather than a sample.
