Start with one thing. The pilot is a single task, $500 to $1,500, with no commitment past it.

fixed, one payment
One task, automated end to end, on your accounts. The baby step.
$1,500–$5,000
per project, fixed · full builds $9,500–$11,500
A full system, or several, scoped and built and handed over inside one to three months.
$3,000/mo
about 30 hours a month, flat
For businesses that have decided and want it all built by a date, upkeep included.
Once the pilot has earned it, the rest of the projects can be bought one at a time or on a monthly budget. Switch between them any time, no penalty.
Path 1
$1,500–$5,000
per project, fixed. Stop whenever you like.
Best if you’re thinking“Show me one thing works first.”
Path 2
$3,000 a month
flat, about 30 hours of building, fixing, and training.
Best if you’re thinking“I’ve decided. Let’s have it all done by a date.”
First we work out what the task costs you now. That is the hours it takes, times what an hour of that person’s time is worth. Then we charge a fraction of that: usually 40 to 50% of what the first year saves you. You keep the rest, and you keep it every year after that.
It pays for itself before it costs you.
Pricing is set against the hours it gives back, so the first year is already ahead.
Our advice: take the baby step. One pilot, one to two weeks, then decide.
Two worked examples, from real proposals.
A 48-year-old plumbing company
At $50 an hour, the number the owner agreed to on the call. Change it and everything moves with it.
A two-partner law firm
At $75 an hour for the report time and $300 an hour for partner time, 250 working days. Zero value assigned to timeliness or the reports nobody was getting.
Software and AI usage run about $100 to $300 a month, paid to the vendors directly from your own accounts, at cost. A rule of thumb is $50 a month for every $1,000 of system. We do not mark it up.

Thirty minutes, no deck. You describe how the work actually happens, and I tell you plainly whether there is something worth building.
