Then you’re the person this was written for. The short version:

Luxin finds where a small business loses money, time and effort, then builds the custom technology that fixes it. Most owners start with one thing, at one fixed price.

The AI Audit

First, we find where your money, time and effort go.

We sit with you and the people who do the work. We map every task that repeats and what it costs you each month. Then we show you what AI could take off your plate.

  • It does not know your business

So every answer is generic, and it changes each time you ask. It has never seen your files, your prices or your past work.

  • It is pointed at the wrong work

Nobody mapped where the hours go. So it helps with small things while the big costs stay where they are.

  • Nobody owns it

It is a tool someone tried once, not a system that runs. Nobody checks it, fixes it or makes it better.

An audit fixes the first two. A build fixes the third.

What it finds

  • The work your team types, copies or chases by hand every week.
  • What each task costs you a month, in hours and in dollars.
  • Where your information lives, and what is missing.
  • The one project that would make the most impact first.

What you get

  • A written map of how the work runs today.
  • The monthly cost of each problem, worked out with you.
  • A ranked list of what to build, each price next to its value.
  • A one-page proposal for the first project.

Then we build it, inside the tools you already use.

Luxin is the team that builds what the audit found. Each project has one fixed price, agreed in writing before work starts. You review and approve every output before it goes anywhere.

Five kinds of system we build

  1. It reads what came inEmail, photos, forms
  2. It drafts in your voiceWaiting in your drafts
  3. You tap approveOr edit it first

The Company Brain

Why your AI’s work is only as good as what it knows.

A Company Brain is a knowledge base your AI reads before it does any work. It holds how your business really works: your files, your past work, your templates and the way your best people do things.

  • Quality

It writes like your best person, because it learned from your best work.

  • Accuracy

It answers from your records, not from a guess.

  • Consistency

The same question gets the same right answer, every time.

  1. 01

It lives on a machine you own

It lives on one machine your business owns: a small server, a Mac mini or the office PC. Your data never leaves it.

  2. 02

    Your whole team uses it

Your team connects to it securely, from their own laptop or phone. Everyone works from the same brain.

  3. 03

Everything else is built on top

The systems we build all read from the same brain. That is how you keep getting more out of AI.

We also teach your team how to use it, so the value keeps growing after we hand it over.

The right fit

Who this is for, and who it is not.

We build for one kind of business. If the left column sounds like yours, the first conversation is worth thirty minutes.

This is for

  • An established business, roughly five to a hundred and fifty people, where the owner signs the cheque.
  • Work that repeats: email, proposals, invoices, reports, the same lookups every day.
  • An office on Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or QuickBooks. Or still on paper. Both are normal.
  • An owner who wants to review and approve, not learn a new tool.
  • An owner who wants to know what AI could take off their plate before buying anything.

This is not for

  • A startup that wants an app or a product built from scratch.
  • Anyone who wants the system to send, decide or delete on its own. A person approves every output here.
  • A slide deck or a one-off AI workshop. Our audit ends in a written plan we can build.
  • A business that wants a chatbot on its website and nothing behind it.

Not sure which column you are in? That is what the first thirty minutes are for.

Start with one thing

After the audit, four steps

Four Steps.

Most of the work is ours. Here is who does what.

  1. 01Discovery

    You talk. We listen.

    Your part
Talk about your week. No survey, no deck, nothing to prepare.
    Our part

    How long
    ~30 minutes
  2. 02Scope

We do the math. You say yes.

    Your part
Read the proposal and pick one. It takes about ten minutes.
    Our part
Do the math, write the proposal, and put the fixed price and the monthly cost in writing.
    How long
Once we agree to a scope and payment clears
  3. 03Pilot

We build it. You keep working.

    Your part
Twenty minutes with whoever does the work today, a few real examples, and a login we set up together.
    Our part
Write down how the work is done, build it, test it, and secure your data.
    How long
    One to two weeks
  4. 04Launch

We keep it running. You just approve.

    Your part
    Use it.
    Our part
Host it, watch it, and fix what you flag. You get a plain-English guide, a team walkthrough, and thirty days of fixes.
    How long
    From launch day on

Pricing

Fixed prices, in writing. Starting small is fine.

Every price is quoted in writing before work starts, and set against the hours the work gives you back: usually 40 to 50% of what the first year saves you. Nothing is billed by the hour. A small monthly license covers hosting and processing, and support is optional, month to month.

The pilot is a single task at one fixed price, with no commitment past it.

Our advice: start with a pilot. One task, from $500, one to two weeks, then decide.
