It drafts
Work comes in: an email, a job note, a photo of a work order. The system reads it, matches it to the right client or job, and writes the draft. Then it stops.
You approve
Every draft, invoice, and calendar entry waits for a person. You read it, change what you want, and say yes. Only then does anything move. It gets more accurate as you correct it, because the corrections are the training.
It is logged, and it is looked after
Every file moved and every draft written is logged with a timestamp. The system connects to your own Microsoft 365, Google, or accounting software through access scoped to the one task. Luxin hosts it and keeps it running, and you get a plain-English guide to how it works.

Every price is quoted in writing before work starts, and set against the hours the work gives you back: usually 40 to 50% of what the first year saves you. Nothing is billed by the hour. A small monthly license covers hosting and processing, and support is optional, month to month.

The people
Founder
Marc scopes and sells every engagement, and builds the small systems himself. He is in the room for every conversation. When you hire Luxin, he is who you get.
Co-founder
Pranav studied computer science and AI at USC and works at a cybersecurity company. He reviews how every build handles your data and leads the larger builds.
Luxin brings in engineers per project rather than carrying a payroll. Each one is paid a fixed price for their piece. You pay for the work, not for overhead.
